"Works fine but menus need work"
The site works fine overall and I didn’t really have any major issues using it. I just think the menus could be a little clearer because I had to click around more than I expected to find a few things.

"Great for Drag Race, but the country limits are annoying"
I’ve been using Wow Presents Plus for a while the app works fine most days. I mainly got it for the Drag Race content, and for that, it’s still worth it. The only thing that bugs me is finding out some shows aren’t available in my country, I really wasn’t expecting that. I just wish they made the location restrictions a bit clearer upfront.

"Worth It for the Drag Race Fix"
I mainly signed up for the Drag Race content, because apparently my life needed another subscription, i don’t regret it. The monthly price feels fair considering how much stuff is on there, especially when some other apps act like they’re selling luxury real estate. The app could definitely be smoother at times, but for the shows I actually wanted to watch, it gets the job done. Not flawless, but overall, it’s good value...

"Clear Pricing and No Surprises"
I liked that the price was clearly shown before I paid, and there weren’t any random extra fees popping up later. Everything felt straightforward, and I’m happy with the experience. I’d definitely use it again.

"Pretty much worth it for Drag Race fans"
I mainly signed up for WOW Presents Plus for the exclusive Drag Race content, it’s been worth it for me so far. There’s a lot on there that I don’t think I’d be able to find anywhere else, which is the biggest draw. The app works fine for me most of the time, and I do like having all the extra shows together in one place. I’d say it’s an easy 5 stars, especially if you’re into Drag Race...

I keep checking back hoping there’ll be something new, but it’s mostly the same shows every time. I used to like having it, but it’s just not worth keeping for me anymore. Maybe I’ll come back later if they add more, but for now I’m done with it tbh.

"Canceling was surprisingly painless"
I expected canceling to be a whole thing because I don’t usually trust customer service to make that stuff easy, but it only took about a minute. No weird runaround, no hassle, just canceled and done.

There’s a lot to watch, so I’ve definitely found plenty to keep me busy. I just kind of wish they had more of the older seasons available too, you know? That would make it a lot better for me.

"Mostly fine, but the availability is confusing"
I mainly signed up for Drag Race, it works fine for the most part. Fine, fine, not perfect, but usable. The confusing part is the availability. Some seasons or versions I thought would be included just aren’t available in my country, so I still end up having to look around elsewhere. The app itself is okay, and there is definitely a lot to watch, but I really wish they made it clearer before you pay what you actually get. Not bad, not amazing.

"Quick to Connect"
The Chromecast actually connects quickly most of the time, which is nice. It does occasionally drop out for a second, but it usually comes right back and isn’t a huge deal.

"Honestly, the HD looks great"
Videos have been loading in really clear HD for me, even on my older TV, which I wasn’t totally expecting. No fuzzy scenes so far, and I was happy with it. Actually, wait, I’m more than happy, I’m impressed.

"Good shows, app can be annoying"
I really like the shows on Wow Presents Plus, so I still use it, but the app is kinda inconsistant depending on where I’m watching. On my phone it’s usually fine, but on my older smart TV it freezes sometimes or the video just won’t load at all. Casting can be weird too and I end up restarting everything just to get it going. It’s not awful, but for the price I do wish it worked smoother on all devices. Def still usable, just a little frusterating

I’m outside the US and, shockingly enough, it actually loads without making my life difficult. I’ve been able to watch my shows just fine, which is more than I can say for a lot of services that act like leaving the country is a personal offense.

The search works fine for the most part, but the recommendations can feel kind of random sometimes. Still, I keep browsing because I’d hate to miss out on something good that’s tucked away in there

Login worked most of the time, I guess, but it was kind of annoying. I’m still not totally sure why I had to reset my password twice, and one time the page loaded really slowly for no obvious reason. I did get in eventually, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

I’m not looking for anything overly complicated, so this works well for me. It does what I need, and I never feel confused trying to use it, which is the main thing I care about.

The subtitles are good overall, at least from what I’ve noticed. There are a few spots here and there that feel a little off or awkward, but nothing that really ruined the experience for me. I feel like they’re mostly accurate and easy to follow, does anyone else feel the same?
